She learned the business as an owner: buying, managing and selling her own properties.
Jessica got into real estate the hands-on way: buying, managing and selling her own investment properties. A business degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, with coursework in marketing, contract law and negotiation, sharpened the rest. Since moving to Nashville she has watched the city transform, and she still redecorates her Music Row condo for fun.
